  • 1/4 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 sprig
    chives, dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp
    carey's salsa chipotle sauce
  • 1
    flour tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 4
    hillshire mini cheese sausage links
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise

How To Make carry out breakfast crispy style tortilla bowl

    Coat small single server cast iron skillet with oil cook Hillshire mini cheese filled sausages until browned

    Whip mayonnaise & egg mixture with fork or whisker

    Remove sausages from pan

    Scramble eggs and top with cheese & chives (sliced top of scallions)

    Heat on medium heat-tortilla for use of a crisp (not soft) plate in skillet until browned on one side- then heat opposite side on lower heat for a second Flip again returning the browned side for outer bottom

    Place Chipotle sauce in center face of tortilla then -Fill with cheesy topped eggs

    Top with chives & cheese then season with paprika and cayenne place mini sausages along sides

    Turn heat off and mold sides with fingers in shape of bowl while cooling making sure and leaving bottom flat
