Ingredients For turkey breakfast dish

  • couple c
    thawed hash browns or o'brien potatoes
  • 6 oz
    of sliced turkey
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 c
    broccoli florets
  • 4 oz
    shreaded cheese chedder/ cojack/ pepper jack your choice
  • splash
    milk for the eggs to make scrambled eggs
  • THE POTATOES VARY BY SIZE OF PIE PLATE REG. OR DEEP DISH

How To Make turkey breakfast dish

  • 1
    Take a glass pie plate and outside crust of hashed brown potatoes, pressed into the pan and pre cook, till browned.

    then take a head of broccoli, cut the flowers off the stems, place in pot of water, and cook till almost done and drain, then place on top of the hash brown pototoe crust.

    put some sliced turkey, raw mushrooms, on top, and put 6 scrambled eggs into the mix, and topped with fat free shreaded cheese cooked at 375 degrees for 35 minuets, removed let set and cut
