1 cheavy whipping cream

1 chalf and half cream

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese

3/4 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

2 Tbspfinely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes

1 1/2 tspsalt free seasoning blend

1/4 tspdried basil
How To Make three-cheese quiche - crustless

1In a large bowl, combine the eggs, egg yolks, whipping cream, Half and Half, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, seasoning blend and basil. Pour into a greased 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
