  Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 15 baking pan. Beat the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.

  Cook the sausage with the onions and garlic until no longer pink. Stir in the French Onion Soup. Pour into bottom of prepared baking pan. Top with the Cheddar cheese. Cover the whole thing with the Tater tots.

  Pour the egg mixture over the entire dish. Bake for 1 hour.
