2 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsea salt

1 Tbspsugar

2 Tbsplight brown sugar

2 lgeggs

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

1/2 cheavy cream
-
2 tspbutter,melted

1/4 cfresh squeezed orange juice

1 tspfresh orange zest
-
1/4 tspallspice, ground
How To Make sunshine pancakes

1Preheat your griddle to 350 degrees.

2Mix all wet ingredients and the orange zest. Blend thoroughly.

3In a small bowl blend the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and whisk until just blended. Do not overwork, that will make the pancakes rubbery.

4Pour batter onto hot griddle using a 1/4 measuring cup. Cook until bubbles rise to the top and start to burst, then turn over and cook until cakes rise and edges are dry.
