spinach and canadian bacon quiche

I made a Broccoli and Ham Quiche about a week and a half ago it was a HUGE hit, so I decided to make a Spinach and Canadian Bacon one today for lunch, And its a crowd pleaser as well. :) Hope this dish finds its way to your table soon! Enjoy!

Ingredients For spinach and canadian bacon quiche

4 lgeggs beaten
-
1 cof milk or heavy cream
-
dashsalt and pepper
-
1 tspground mustard
-
10 ozwashed and dried spinach

10 slicecanadian bacon
-
1/2 smonion diced
-
1 smcan of mushrooms 4 oz drained
-
1 pkgrefrigerated pie crust

1 1/3 cgrated mozzarella cheese or sharp cheddar
How To Make spinach and canadian bacon quiche

1Pre heat oven to 375* Place pie crust in an 9 inch pie pan.

2In a large skillet melt butter over a medium heat, adding onions,garlic till golden brown,

3Chop clean and washed spinach

4Add Spinach and the mushrooms, cook til sauteed, add salt and pepper,scoop into pie crust.

5Chop Canadian Bacon into hunks and sauteed in 4 tabs of butter, add on top of Spinach and mushrooms.

6Grate cheese and spread over entire fillings

7Beat four eggs and milk, add 1 tsp of ground mustard. Pour over pie crust, and bake for 45 mins at 375*

8Remove from oven and let rest for 10 mins before serving! Add a dollop of sour cream and or salsa (optional) And Enjoy!!!!
