I am always seeking out breakfast casseroles that I can take to get-togethers with friends. This is a perfect casserole for a brunch, and will be my contribution to my church's Easter breakfast as it will be a nice accompaniment to sweet breads and fruit.

8 ozcan of crescent rolls

1 chash brown potatoes

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 pkg9.6 oz. sausage crumbles (jimmy dean is great)

3eggs
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

3 Tbspmilk

1375 degree oven. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Place in ungreased 9 x 13" pan. Press over bottom and 1/2" up sides to form a crust; press perforations and edges to seal.

2Spoon sausage crumbles evenly over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese. Beat eggs in bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheese in crust.

3Bake 18 - 23 minutes or until center is set and edges are deep golden brown. ENJOY!
