1 lbsausage links

8 slicewhite bread, cut into cubes

1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

5eggs, beaten

2 cmilk

1 chalf and half
How To Make sausage custard

1The night before, cook and drain the sausage links. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

2Spray 2 quart oven proof casserole dish with cooking spray.

3Arrange sausage and bread cubes in bottom of pan.

4Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.

5Combine the eggs, milk and half and half and pour it over the bread and sausage.

6Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.

7In the morning, remove the dish and let come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.

8Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

9Bake the dish, uncovered, until it has puffed and browned. About 1 hour.
