I got this recipe from a co-worker 18 years ago and it is very good to serve for company. I have taken it to church potlucks as well.

Ingredients For sausage brunch casserole

  • 1 lb
    sausage, browned and drained
  • 13 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 5 slice
    white bread, broken in pieces
  • 5
    eggs
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How To Make sausage brunch casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 9" casserole. Refrigerate overnight covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    You can double this recipe and put it in a 9 x 13" casserole pan. To double recipe, use 1 1 /2 to 2 pounds sausage and double all other ingredients. You may also use sausage links cut in small slices.
