Ingredients For sausage breakfast casserole

  • 6 slice
    bread, crusts removed and buttered
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 pt
    half and half
  • 8 oz
    shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    any flavor jimmy dean sausage, cooked and drained

How To Make sausage breakfast casserole

  • 1
    Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Add bread slices, buttered side up in the pan. Add sausage crumbles and cheese. Beat eggs and half and half together. Pour on top of sausage and cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next moring preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take casserole out of refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until top of casserole is lightly browned.
