Ingredients For quiche michele

  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    ham, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese - i usually use cheddar, but you can try swiss, gruyere, etc..
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    black pepper
  • 1
    9 inch pie shell, baked

How To Make quiche michele

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a saucepan, cook the mushrroms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes and then set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.

    Place ham and mushroom mixture on bottom of cooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top.

    Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
