Ingredients For quiche michele

1 cmushrooms, sliced

1/2 cham, diced
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 cwhipping cream
-
1/2 cshredded cheese - i usually use cheddar, but you can try swiss, gruyere, etc..

1/4 tspground nutmeg
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 dashblack pepper
-
19 inch pie shell, baked
How To Make quiche michele

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a saucepan, cook the mushrroms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes and then set aside.

2In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.

3Place ham and mushroom mixture on bottom of cooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top.

4Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
