Ingredients For pantry crockpot breakfast

  • 12
    eggs
  • 14
    slices bread
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    canned tomatoes and green chilis in juice
  • 2 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 lb
    precooked breakfast sausage

How To Make pantry crockpot breakfast

  • 1
    Spread bread with mustard, cut into bite size squares. Lay in buttered crockpot. Layer sausage. Then cheese.

    Mix eggs, milk, tomato and chilis, S&p Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Set crockpot on low for 9-10hrs. Enjoy!
