overnight ham-n-cheese casserole

I make several different casserole breakfasts, this is one of my favs! It uses croutons that almost everyone has in their cupboard and left-over ham.

Ingredients For overnight ham-n-cheese casserole

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    favorite croutons
  • 1/3 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    milk, i used 2%
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 c
    cooked, cubed left-over or deli-thick ham

How To Make overnight ham-n-cheese casserole

  • 1
    Microwave butter in small microwave bowl. Add to an 8" x 8" casserole pan. Add croutons and toss to coat.

    Sprinkle w/ cheese. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour mix over croutons. Sprinkle w/ ham. Cover and refrigerate over night.

    Heat oven to 375 the next day. Bake for 40 mins or until eggs are set.
