6 slicebread, crust removed, cut into 1/2 inch squares

4 Tbspbutter, cut into 1/4" squares

2 cmilk

2 cgreen chilies (chopped)

salt and pepper

1 1/2 cmonterey jack cheese
How To Make overnight chile eggs

1In a large bowl, beat the eggs slightly. Add the bread, butter, milk, chilies, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together and pour into a large rectangular baking pan that has been well greased.

2Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake, uncovered in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour, until puffed and golden brown.
