Ingredients For oven breakfast hash

2 lbbaking potatoes unpeeled (5 or 6 medium)

1 lbbob evan's original recipe roll sausage

1 canevaporated milk
-
1/3 cchopped green onions
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 cdried bread crumbs
-
1 Tbspmelted butter
-
1/2 tsppaprika
How To Make oven breakfast hash

1Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and coarsely chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350.

2Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.

3Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until casserole bubbles and top is browned.
