Ingredients For oven-baked pancake with maple syrup & bacon

1 1/2 cbisquick
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz)

2eggs
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1/4 cmaple syrup

5 slicebacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled

extra maple syrup or your choice of syrup
How To Make oven-baked pancake with maple syrup & bacon

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 baking dish and set aside.

2In a medium bowl combine bisquick, half of the cheese, eggs, milk and 1/4 cup syrup. Whisk mixture until nearly smooth. Spread mixture in the baking dish.

3Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted into center, comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and the bacon and bake for an additional 3 minutes.

4Cut into squares. Serve with additional syrup, if desired.
