Ingredients For maureen's brunch casserole

16 slicethin white bread
-
8 slicecanadian bacon
-
1 csharp grated cheddar cheese
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
dashcayenne pepper
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
1/4 cchopped green pepper
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
8eggs, lightly beaten
-
3 1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cbutter
How To Make maureen's brunch casserole

1Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish- line with half of the bread. On each slice place round of bacon, 1/8 cheese, top with bread.

2Mix remainder of ingredients, except butter. Pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

3One hour before baking remove from refrigerator. Melt butter, and pour over top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350* Enjoy....
