This is another favorite at my house. Easy to make and never any leftovers!

Ingredients For make-ahead brunch casserole

4 cwhite bread, in 1" cubes

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsalt
-
1 tspdry mustard

1 Tbspparsley, chopped

4 cmilk
-
10eggs, beaten
-
1/2 ctomatoes, seeded and diced

1/4 cgreen bell pepper, diced

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped
-
4 ozswiss cheese, shredded
-
4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled
How To Make make-ahead brunch casserole

1Generously grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish.

3Layer cheese, green onions, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of bread.

4In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; mix well.

5Pour egg mixture over bread and sprinkle bacon evenly over top.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Heat oven to 325. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.

8Stand 10 minutes before serving.
