Ingredients For loaded sausage egg casserole

    mild tennessee pride country sausage
  • 1 lb
    hot tennessee pride country sausage
  • 1/2
    loaf of king's hawaiian round bread.diced 1 inch thick
  • 6
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion, red,green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1 c
    cooked crumbled thick cut bacon
  • 2 c
    colby jack cheese

How To Make loaded sausage egg casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease a 9x9 baking dish. Arrange bread over bottom of dish.cook bacon, sausage, cook onion, and red and green pepper set aside.

    whisk eggs and milk in mixing bowl untl well blended, season with salt and pepper. pour half of egg mixture over bread. and half of meat and onion and pepper mixture.

    Add remaining egg mixture, the add remaining meat and onion and peppers and the shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
