I'm always looking for great, modifiable breakfast recipes. This one can be vegetarian, dairy free, any combo of veggies or no veggies. Plus it is super easy. My whole family enjoyed it plus a neighborhood friend.

Ingredients For large bar pan quiche

  • 1 bag
    crispy crowns (flat tater tots)
  • 12
    eggs
  • 2 c
    favorite omelette ingredients
  • 8 oz
    cheese

How To Make large bar pan quiche

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Lay out crispy crowns in a single layer on the bar pan
  • 3
    Bake for 20 min. until crispy
  • 4
    While potatoes cook, mix eggs and your choice of omelet mix ins. I used bacon, spinach, and tomatoes.

    When potatoes are crispy, take out of oven and pour egg mixture over hot potatoes. Carefully! Sprinkle with cheese.

    Carefully return bar pan to oven and bake another 8-10 min. until eggs are set.

    Remove from oven let rest a minute or two and slice with a pizza cutter.
