I found this recipe in my recipe box, but don't remember where I got it from. I do know it's very tasty and it's good for a main meal or a brunch meal.

Ingredients For italian quiche

19" pie crust, if frozen, thawed.

1-1/2 creduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
-
1/2 cfavorite spaghetti sauce
-
1/3 cpepperoni slices, i used turkey pepperoni

1/4 cgreen bell pepper, chopped
-
1/4 cchopped onion.

2eggs
-
3/4 clight cream
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make italian quiche

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie crust in pie pan and bake 6-8 min, or until set. Let cool.

2Layer pie crust w/ 3/4 cup cheese, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, green bell pepper, onion and remaining cheese.

3In bowl, combine eggs, cream and pepper. Mix well. Pour over filling in crust. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bale 45-50 min, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges.
