I love this and would use spinach instead of broccoli although I love the recipe as is ,I'd also swich the parmesan for feta

10 ozfrozen chopped spinach

1 csour cream

1 ccottage cheese

1/2 cbiscuit mix

1/4 cbutter, melted

2eggs
-
1tomato, peeled and thinly sliced

1/4 cfeta cheese

pinchnutmeg
How To Make impossible brunch pie

1Heat oven to 350.

2Grease 9\" pie plate.

3Spread spinach in plate.

4Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, baking mix, butter and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. and pinch of nutmeg

5Pour into plate.

6Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with feta cheese.

7Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

8Cool 5 minutes.
