1 lbsausage or bacon cooked and drained

1 tspsalt

1 tspdry mustard

6 slicebread with the crust torn into pieces

2 cmilk

1 csharp cheddar cheese grated
How To Make holiday breakfast cassarole

1Mix milk, salt, mustard and eggs pour over rest of ingredients, tossing lightly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

2Add sauteed onions and green peppers for added flavor!
