We like breakfast casseroles around here. Takes long enough for me to be able to actually eat them, and the kids are hungry enough that they actually eat.

Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

10frozen hashbrowns

12 lgeggs

1 tspyellow mustard

2 pinchground white pepper

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 pkgbacon
-
1/2 csliced green onions

2 cshredded cheddar
How To Make hashbrown casserole

1Preheat oven to 450* and spray 11x15" baking dish with nonstick spray

2Cook bacon until it is crisp, then cut into bits. Place hashbrowns in baking dish, you will have 2 rows of 5. Crack eggs into a medium bowl and whisk in mustard, pepper and salt.

3Pour eggs over hashbrowns, sprinkle with onions and bacon, then cover with the shredded cheese.

4Bake for 20-30 minutes.
