Not entirely certain whose recipe this originally was - but it's a great morning dish. You can also add sausage!

Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

1 lgbag of shredding hashbrowns

1 lgjar of regular velveeta cheese

16 ozof sour cream
-
1 stickbutter
-
1/4-1/2chopped onion
-
1 cancream of mushroom

1 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make hashbrown casserole

1Cook onion in butter in large pot. Add all ingredients under but the hashbrowns, mixing well. Take off heat and add hashbrowns.

2Put into 9x11 greased dish, and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
