2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 cancream of chicken and broccoli soup

1 csour cream

1/2 conion, finely chopped

1/2 cgreen onion, finely chopped

1/2 cred pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

32 ozfrozen hash brown potatoes

1 cancorn flakes, crushed

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish.

2In a large bowl combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, green and red pepper, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3Fold in the hash browns. Turn the mixture into the dish. Toss together the corn flakes and 1 TBS of melted butter. Sprinkle on top.

4Bake for 1 hour, until the casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
