Ingredients For ham & egg casserole

  • 1 can
    8 oz. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. smoke ham, chopped (do not use honey ham)
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make ham & egg casserole

    Preheat over to 350 degrees. Unroll dough into a 13x9 pan; pressing to cover bottom of pan. If you can find the large roll of crescent dinner rolls - it works better but is not readily available. Firmly press holes and seams together to seal. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper; pour over ham. Top with cheeses. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
