    frozen hash brown patties
  • 4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 1 lb
    diced or cubed fully-cooked ham (2 cups)
  • 10
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make ham breakfast casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hash brown patties in a single layer in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over ham. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover: bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Can be assembled the night before, refrigerated overnight and baked the next morning.
