1/4 tspsalt

4 Tbspgrated romano cheese

1/4 cmelted butter

3eggs, beaten

1.5 cfeta cheese, crumbled

1 cmilk

1 pkgfrozen spinach, chopped

How To Make greek spinach quiche

1Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pie crust.

2Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.

3Remove from oven and prick with fork.

4Bake for 5 minutes.

5Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.

6Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.

7Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
