Have only made this once, I am not much of a breakfast eater unless I am traveling, or shopping. But this is good, especially it can be made the night before and refrigerated.

Ingredients For gormet breakfast hash

  • 1 can
    15 oz. corned beef hash
  • 1 c
    each chopped onion and bell pepper
  • 1 tsp
    prepared, drained minced garlic
  • 2 - 3
    beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    burgundy *optional*
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make gormet breakfast hash

    in casserole dish, combine hash ingredients.

    top with bread crumb topping
  • 3
    bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes.

    may add shredded cheese of your choice. sprinkle over hash mixture before adding bread crumb topping.
