Have only made this once, I am not much of a breakfast eater unless I am traveling, or shopping. But this is good, especially it can be made the night before and refrigerated.

1 ceach chopped onion and bell pepper

1 tspprepared, drained minced garlic

2 - 3beaten eggs

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cburgundy *optional*
- TOPPING

1 csoft bread crumbs

How To Make gormet breakfast hash

1in casserole dish, combine hash ingredients.

2top with bread crumb topping

3bake in preheated 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes.

4may add shredded cheese of your choice. sprinkle over hash mixture before adding bread crumb topping.
