1 cmilk

1 call purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted
- BUTTERMILK SYRUP

1 1/2 csugar

3/4 cbuttermilk

1/2 cbutter
-
2 Tbspcorn syrup, light

1 tspbaking soda
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract

confectioners' sugar
How To Make german pancake

1Place the eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour the butter into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish; add the batter. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 min.

2Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the first 5 syrup ingredients; bring to a boil. Boil for 7 mins. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

3Dust pancake with confectioner's sugar and serve immediately with the syrup.
