1 loaffrench bread, cut into 1" cubes (about 10 c.)

8 lgeggs

3 cmilk
-
4 tspsugar

1 tsppure vanilla extract

3/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspsugar

2 tspcinnamon

maple syrup
How To Make french toast casserole

1Place bread cubes in a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla & salt. Pour over bread. Cover & refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

2Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Dot with butter. Combine sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

4Cover & bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with syrup if desired.
