2 cmontery jack cheese

1 bunchscallions - chopped

4eggs- beaten

1 canevaporated milk

3/4 csweet red pepper

How To Make farmers breakfast casserole

1Grease a casserole dish Place bag of simply potatoes on bottom of casserole, flatten with fingers to make a crust of sorts in the pan

2Cover potatoes with ham cubes,red pepper, scallions and 1 1/2 cups of cheese

3Combine the eggs with evaporated milk and thyme pour over vegtables and meat. Cover tightly and place in fridge over night.

4Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45-50 minutes UNCOVERED or until set Let cool in casserole for 10-15 minutes before slicing Enjoy!
