Ingredients For egg & sausage casserole

  • 1 lb
    sausage
  • 1
    (8oz) tube, cresent rolls
  • 8
    eggs
  • 2 c
    mozzeralla cheese
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make egg & sausage casserole

    Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly browned, drain, crumble and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 325*.

    Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the bottom with cresent roll...unroll and spread out to fit pan with fingers.

    Sprinkle crumbled sausage evenly over top.

    In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, shredded cheeses and pour over the sausage and cresent roll. Mixture will be thick.

    Bake 25-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
