I needed a recipe that was not too expensive to make and easy to make. this is what I came up with. Rave reviews from the guests and they asked for the recipe

Ingredients For egg bacon casserole

4 slicebacon cooked and crumbled

18eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
4 ozshredded cheddar cheese

1 csour cream
-
1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

hot sauce if desired
How To Make egg bacon casserole

1In a large bowl, beat eggs .

2Add milk. cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper and hot sauce

3Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. Place crumbled bacon on top. Bake uncovered at 325* for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
