I needed a recipe that was not too expensive to make and easy to make. this is what I came up with. Rave reviews from the guests and they asked for the recipe

Ingredients For egg bacon casserole

  • 4 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 18
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce if desired

How To Make egg bacon casserole

  • 1
    In a large bowl, beat eggs .
  • 2
    Add milk. cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper and hot sauce
  • 3
    Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. Place crumbled bacon on top. Bake uncovered at 325* for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
