I make this casserole for my family as a special treat for those weekend mornings, but especially on Christmas morning. It's easy, and you can throw it in the oven and enjoy time with your family.

  • 1 pkg
    frozen shredded hash browns
  • 6
    eggs, cooked & scrambled
  • 1 can
    campbell's nacho cheese soup
  • 1 pkg
    thick sliced bacon, cooked, drained, & chopped
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make easy breakfast casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, pour the hash browns into the dish. Then add the can of nacho soup, and then add the bacon and then the scrambled eggs. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

    Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
