Ingredients For double cinnamon french toast

1 (12) ozloaf of french bread

1 (21) ozcan apple pie filling

8eggs
-
2 cmilk
-
2 chalf and half

2 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 cpacked brown sugar
-
1 ccoarsely chopped pecans

1/2 cbutter, softened
-
2 Tbspdark corn syrup
How To Make double cinnamon french toast

1Slice bread into 1 inch slices. Arrange a single layer of bread slices in bottom of buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread pie filling over bread . Top with another layer of bread slices.

2Combine eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender container and process until well mixed. Pour over top of bread. Refrigerate,covered,overnight.

3Combine brown sugar, pecans, butter,and corn syrup in a bowl; mix well. Spread over top of bread mixture. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until puffed an golden brown
