Ingredients For dee-dee's hash brown casserole

  • 2 lb
    bag frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
  • 1 stick
    (1/2 cup) real butter (not margarine)
  • 1 can
    (10.5 oz.) campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, separated
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make dee-dee's hash brown casserole

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese.

    Place mixture in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
