2 lbbag frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded

1 stick(1/2 cup) real butter (not margarine)

1 can(10.5 oz.) campbell's cream of chicken soup

1/4 cchopped onion

2 cshredded cheddar cheese, separated

16 ozsour cream

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make dee-dee's hash brown casserole

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese.

2Place mixture in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
