Ingredients For dads cheesy hashbrown casserole

    26-32 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 8 oz
    light sour cream
  • 1 can
    reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make dads cheesy hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, onion, cheese and butter. Mix well.

    Spoon mix into slow-cooker. Sprinklew/ salt & pepper. Cover, cook on low for 4-5 hrs, or until bubbly.
