Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For croissant pudding

8croissants, torn into thirds
-
3 cmilk
-
1 clight cream
-
2/3 cdried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, etc)

1/3 capple juice

1/3 cbrown sugar
-
4eggs, beaten
-
2 tspvanilla
-
dashsalt
How To Make croissant pudding

1Soak dried fruit in the apple juice; set aside. Spray inside of crock pot.

2In a large bowl combine milk, cream, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.

3Place 1/3 of croissants pieces in the crock pot and sprinkle with 1/3 of soaked fruit. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture on top. Repeat layers twice again. Pour remaining liquid from the fruit over the top of the layers. Refrigerate 4 hours.

4Cook on low 8 hours. When ready to serve, top with syrup.
