Ingredients For crockpot breakfast

  • 12 md
    eggs
  • 3 slice
    ham or breakfast meat of choice
  • 2 md
    onion
  • 2 md
    green peppers
  • 9 lg
    hash brown potato patties or 1 large bag of loose hash browns
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese of your choice, i use cheddar but you can you swiss and mozerella
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make crockpot breakfast

    Before you go to bed, slice the onion and separate the rings, Cut up the green pepper into slices. Chop the ham into pieces. Mix together eggs and milk like you are going to make an Omelet and set aside.

    Grease your crockpot with some type of oil. Place a layer of Hash Browns on the bottom of the oiled crockpot, then add some of the separated onion slices, then layer some of the green pepper slices, sprinkle some of the cheese on top of this then layer some of the ham pieces.

    Start all over again and layer the hash browns, onions, peppers, cheese and ham. When you have made as many layers as you like, take the eggs and milk mixture and pour down over the layers. Put your lid on the crock pot turn on low and go to bed.

    Make toast in the morning and spoon your breakfast out of the crock pot.
