Ingredients For country breakfast pie

1 pkgjimmy dean sausage any flavor

9inch pie shell
-
1 1/2 cgrated swiss chees
-
1/4 cchopped green bell peppers
-
1/4 cchopped red bell peppers

2 Tbsponion

4eggs lightly beaten

1cup light cream
How To Make country breakfast pie

1Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Prepare 9" pie shell. Mix cheese and cooked sausage. sprinkle in pie shell.

2Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375Degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
