3 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1 can4 oz. chopped green chiles

8 lgeggs

dashsalt and pepper
How To Make chili rellenos breakfast casserole

1Layer cheese and chilies in lightly buttered square casserole dish. 10 x 8 x 2 inch is what I used.

2Slightly beat the eggs adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour eggs over cheese mixture.

3Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

4To make ahead. Bake as directed, cool, cover and refrigerate. To reheat pop a square in the microwave or place casserole covered with foil in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
