A wonderful dish that everyone raves over. Never any leftovers with this yummy dish. Can be put together the night before.

Ingredients For cheesy ham & hashbrown casserole

  • 32 oz
    frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 8 oz
    cooked deli ham (bite size pieces)
  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 c
    sweet onions, chopped
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make cheesy ham & hashbrown casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 & lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients exept the Parmesan cheese. Spread into prepared dish & sprinkle parmesan over top.

    Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned & bubbly. Serve immediately.
