4 1/4 cwater

1 cyellow grits
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt

16 ozcheddar cheese, grated

1 stickbutter
-
4 lgeggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
4 slicebacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make cheese grits casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Put the water in a pot and bring to a boil.

3Stir in the grits and cook until thick, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently.

4Add garlic powder, salt, cheese and butter. Mix well.

5Put eggs and milk in a small bowl and beat together. Add slowly to the grits.

6Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle bacon on top.
