I made this for my fellow teachers today- and because so many loved it, I knew I had to share it with you.

Ingredients For cheese blintz casserole

2 boxfrozen cheese blintzes
-
8eggs, beaten till foamy
-
1 stickbutter
-
1/2 csugar
-
4 tsplemon juice
-
1 Tbsporange juice, fresh

1 tspsalt
-
1 ptsour cream
How To Make cheese blintz casserole

1Melt butter in a 9 x 12 baking dish. Add blintzes and roll in butter to coat.

2Mix all other ingredients and pour over blintzes.

3Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
