So easy! One bowl dish! Great way to serve eggs for many people at breakfast or even brunch! Serve with hot buttered toast and bacon! Don't forget the mimosas!

Ingredients For cheddar and chile egg bake

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 5
    eggs, large beaten
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz
    can diced can green chiles (ethnic isle grocery store)
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • pinch of salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cheddar and chile egg bake

    Preheat oven to 350. Brush an 8 inch square baking dish with 1 T melted butter

    Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake until set, approximately 35 minutes.
