Ingredients For brunch

1 pkgsausage, browned and drained

1 3/4 ccroutons
-
4 ozpkg. shredded cheddar cheese
-
2eggs
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1/3 cgreen pepper, chopped

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/4 cmilk
How To Make brunch

1Brown sausage, drain and crumble. Place croutons in a 10 x 6" dish; spread sausage and cheese over croutons.

2Combine two eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Blend one can Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes. Let stand five minutes. Very good!!!
