Ingredients For brunch egg casserole, mom's

  • 2 c
    unflavored croutons
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 md
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard (dry)
  • dash
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 slice
    bacon

How To Make brunch egg casserole, mom's

  • 1
    Put croutons and cheese in well greased 10x6 casserole. Combine all but bacon and pour over croutons. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble over the top. Bake at 325 degrees 45-60 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
