How To Make brunch egg casserole, mom's

1Put croutons and cheese in well greased 10x6 casserole. Combine all but bacon and pour over croutons. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble over the top. Bake at 325 degrees 45-60 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
