My husband used to love this when he was with us, but my daughters would eat this everyday if I'd make it for them. Very yummy and so easy to make.

Ingredients For brunch casserole

  • 6
    eggs
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 lb
    bulk sausage
  • 2 slice
    bread, cubed
  • salt and pepper

How To Make brunch casserole

    Fry sausage and drain. Grease 7 x 11-inch pan. Place bread on bottom of pan, add sausage: whip eggs with seasoning and milk. Cover with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350
